Customer Service Advisor

You'll be working in a dynamic team of 8 customer service advisors looking after inbound, outbound and digital communication, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service every time.

**Hours**:The working hours for this role are: Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 6pm/ 8am to 5:30pm and a Saturday rota ( currently 1 in 4) covering 9am to 1pm.
**Basic salary**: £26,000 with £30,000 on target earnings including bonus.What will you be doing?

**Be the First Point of Contact**: You'll be the friendly voice that greets our inbound customer calls, guiding them to the right department or converting inquiries into bookings and appointments.

**Boost Our Service Sales**: Got a knack for upselling? You’ll turn service appointments into opportunities by recommending additional work that’s identified during service visits.

**Create Confidence**: Make our customers feel like superstars with professional, committed customer care that leaves them confident and excited to return.

**Stay Organised**: Accurately record vehicle information, refer to service histories, and follow up with customers to build strong relationships and secure repeat business.
