About the role:
They're looking for an exceptional Customer Success Executive to help rapidly scale the business. The primary purpose of the role is to ensure that accounting partners and their clients are successfully on-boarded and new products are integrated seamlessly.
?? About you:
- Account Manager - own a portfolio of clients with multi-selling opportunities.
- All hands on deck mentality with a desire to join a small, growing software business where you can see the real impact of your work.
- Smart (we know you are). But if you can see yourself chatting payments and FinTech, this one's for you.
?? Responsibilities:
- Lead post-sale processes to improve customer engagement and retention
- Educate our accounting partners and their clients on the product suite
- Collect feedback and feature requests to drive developer pipeline
- Gather customer use cases and value-add to support marketing
- Be a trusted customer advisor, further driving our excellent customer support
- Drive growth and represent the business
- Monitor and analyse customer usage data to proactively minimise churn and identify upsell opportunity
?? Requirements:
- Some experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Hands-on start-up / scale-up experience in a high-growth environment
- Strong CRM expertise (automation, reporting...)
