In this role you will be working in a team of 3 as part of the wider supply chain team. You will play a key role in the B2B environment, liaising with clients and internal departments to affect the seamless delivery of the order book. Customers include major quarry operators, private asphalt producers, industrial manufacturers, emulsion producers and end-customers in addition to local and national government authorities.**Responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Receiving and processing customer orders and enter them into SAP and making outbound calls, as required.
- Liaising with haulier for optimal delivery and customer service performance.
- Addressing specific documentation requests and customer service concerns, including formal complaints - and record quality / delivery deficiencies impacting customer satisfaction, service/complaint follow-ups and surveys.
- Troubleshooting haulier deliveries
- Educated to GCSE standard in both English and Maths
- Experience in logistics and customer service provision desirable
- Numerate, good communicator, team player and able to resolve problems
- Ability to respect strict deadlines and prioritise with good attention to detail
- IT literate, experience of SAP a bonus
