**Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and oversee all **haulage and courier operations**, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, drivers, and warehouse teams to optimize transportation logistics.
- Monitor and track shipments, resolving any delays or issues efficiently.
- Ensure **compliance with UK transportation laws and regulations**, including vehicle maintenance and driver working hours.
- Manage stock levels, route planning, and cost-effective transport solutions.
- Work closely with **Menzies Distribution Limited, Inpost, Amazon**, and other partners to streamline operations.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and fuel usage.
- Utilize logistics software and tracking tools for **fleet management and operational efficiency**.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
**Skills, Experience**:
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in logistics, supply chain management, or transport coordination.
- Strong understanding of **UK and international transport regulations**.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent **organizational and problem-solving skills**.
- Ability to work under pressure and **manage multiple shipments simultaneously**.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport teams.
- Experience working with **third-party logistics (3PL)** and e-commerce supply chains (Amazon, Inpost, etc.) is an advantage.
- A valid UK **driving license** is desirable but not mandatory.

Pay: £38,700.00 per year
