**The Role**

Patient Service Advisors are the front facing part of the surgery. Handling phone calls and often being the first point of contact for the surgery, they are key to sign-posting patients to the appropriate clinician for advice and treatment. PSA’s must show compassion, empathy, understanding and patience with every patient who makes contact.
