Technical Bid Writer

Our Client, a fast growing EV Charging Solutions company is currently seeking a an experienced Technical Bid Writer. As such you will have experience of targeted bid writing and customer presentation creation as well as the end-to-end bid process, including pre-qualification, tendering, frameworks and public sector portals and internal bid governance.
The Job
? Confidently writing and responding to bid questions, using technical expertise.
? Interpreting client technical specifications and understanding key client drivers and objectives.
? Generating detailed technical propositions against defined internal review deadlines, ensuring that win themes are conveyed throughout the bid.
? Support the Bid Manager with set up, development and maintenance of bid collaboration tools.
? Involvement in bid storyboarding / response planning sessions.
? Support the team with the production of case studies and CVs.
? Conduct research for individual tender projects and/or clients to add value to bid projects, particularly in relation to client social value propositions, EV strategies and sustainability requirements.
? Coordinate with and build close working relationships with relevant internal stakeholders (technical, operational, legal and commercial) to produce winning bids

? Related Public Sector bid experience (essential).
? Results-driven, self-motivated mindset and a strong sales support background.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
? Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
