**Job Opportunity**:
Caterpillar Cat Digital Division is looking towards the future and expanding its services sales through the eCommerce channel. We have an exciting opportunity for a **Senior Digital Consultant to join the newly established eCommerce Global Dealer Standards team. **The eCommerce Global Dealer Standards team provides expertise and thought leadership to the enterprise by establishing and achieving eCommerce global standards for our distributors, driving an improved and consistent eCommerce customer experience.

**Job Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Assist appropriate business units and Dealers, identify issues and problems requiring careful analysis and coordinate efforts to provide in country solutions. Interact and gain experience with digital capabilities to develop strong digital acumen to communicate with partners and stakeholders.
- Interacts extensively with appropriate digital team members, capability owners, data owners and analytics to understand the appropriate capabilities, integration points and deployment status. Identifies and documents gaps, providing business requirements back into the Cat Digital Product Management organisation. Manages backlog of requirements and drives prioritization to initiate product enhancements based on country requirements.
- Work with appropriate partners and collaborate to drive deployment of eCommerce capabilities, focusing on delivering customer and business value as defined in a variety of ways, typically in the form of online leads, attributable sales, parts sales, and support activities - the full customer lifecycle.
- Build strong understanding of the marketing and business objectives of multiple business units, industry groups, Dealers and/or Suppliers and facilitate how, when and where capabilities can be best utilised to drive value.
- Works with appropriate business unit, industry group and Dealer contacts to drive digital execution within the framework of enterprise tools, processes, and strategies.
- Drives proper collaboration, coordination, training, communication and alignment among related areas, projects, and strategies within the team and with internal and Dealer partners.
- Drives and builds digital awareness through communication and identity programs in global regions and multiple business units, industry groups and Dealers.
- Drives efforts related to future-focused assessment of global and industry impact related to digital programs and deployments and helps provide direction.
- Tracks and monitors progress, typically via metrics reporting. Other job duties assigned as needed.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Strong business acumen with a self-directed approach to work
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Stakeholder management
- Process managements
- Previous experience working for Caterpillar or a Cat dealer
- Knowledge of current digital capabilities and basic understanding of the integration points.
- The ability to demonstrate digital capabilities and some product support experience is desired.
- Digital product ownership, business analysis, agile/scrum experience

Additional information:

- Flexible working hours will be required to support the global nature of role. Some travel is required (up to 15% of working time)
