MDXSU is an independent charity in North London which supports, represents and improves the experience of the 18,000 students studying here at Middlesex
University.

In 2017, we were awarded Students’ Union of the Year by the National Union of
Students (NUS), recognising our dedication and impact in representing and supporting students, 80 societies and liberation groups; supporting them with a diverse range of events, managing day-to-day admin and answering queries. Additionally, the post holder will be responsible leading on our student led events programme that empowers students to create exciting, inclusive events. From helping student group leaders to create incredible events for their members, to working with student staff to create tailored activity for communities of students who access university differently - this role is focused on improving the student experience for Middlesex students.

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about student opportunities, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with students and student leaders to deliver high quality and impactful work. The post holder will have the interpersonal skills to identify and build strong working relationships with students and staff, a flare for creating engaging and innovative activity and finally the organisational skills to tie it all together. All these skills combined with enthusiasm and keen eye for detail will be key to your success.
- 1. Responsible for coordinating and supporting our student led events programme _
- 2. Contribute to the wider development and day-to-day support of MDXSU’s student networks_
- 3. Contribute to broader strategic and operational planning across the organisation_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,720.00-£27,810.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
This role is a hybrid role, with three days in our Hendon office a week.
