We’re looking for a dedicated Student support coordinator to join our supportive team at Aylward Academy.

**You’re someone who’ll be able to**:

- Provide pastoral care, guidance and routine advice to students as appropriate.
- Lead on the preparation of parents evening along with the Student Support Administrator
- Support and deputise for the Director of Learning when necessary, attending tutor team briefings.

- Experience in motivating students and promoting high expectations with students.
