As a Student Progress Coordinator, the post holder will support the delivery of a portfolio of customer service excellent student progress activities and academic administrative support that contribute to an outstanding student experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- As part of the London’s Student Progress and Support Service, you will support the Academic and Student Support Manager and wider University’s Ask4Help and Student Progress Team by coordinating effective student support services that deliver high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
- Establish and manage relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders throughout the University to ensure business requirements are met and understood with the operational emphasis on transforming the student experience
- To line manage all Student Progress administrator(s) at all times ensuring all Ask4Help service provisions are delivered at the highest standard and developing administrators into their specialist areas of work

**Experience/ Skills**
- Previous experience at working with a university, including working knowledge of student engagement and/or student support role
- Experience of planning and organising the activities of self and/or others
- Experience of working independently and dealing with challenges
