As a member of the Student Progress team in London, you will support the delivery of customer, advice, support, and information services for all students that contribute to an outstanding student experience.
The post-holder will work alongside a team acting as the first point of contact for all Northumbria London students, handling a full range of student enquiries received (face-to-face and virtual) and referring to more specialist teams where appropriate.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Student Progress Coordinator in ensuring the delivery of an student administration service covering attendance, enrolment, welfare and other student activties.
- Ensure that the University's attendance and compliance processes are followed within the school
- Support key stakeholders to ensure operational readiness allowing for a smooth attendance logging process on a termly basis
- Providing a welcoming, efficient, helpful and informative service to all customers.**Experience/ Skills**
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Good problem-solving and planning skills.
- Demonstrable success in building good relationships with key internal and external parties.
- Knowledge of relevant systems, equipment, processes and procedures - including student data systems (for example e:Vision, CRM, and/or case management systems)
