**What will you be doing?**

We need someone who is passionate about resourcing, onboarding and promoting Leicestershire and Derbyshire Police. This is an opportunity to join our Shared HR Service Centre and lead a recruitment and talent team where you will be responsible for ensuring that we provide a credible, efficient and effective recruitment service for all non-uniformed hires.

We are looking for a proactive, effective and efficient resourcing partner to lead and guide our team of Recruitment Officers, Talent Team and work with our recruiting managers to ensure talented and ambitious people enjoy rewarding and fulfilling careers.

**Who are we looking for?**
- You’ll be a great leader of people
- Experience of managing end to end recruitment cycle delivery
- Lead specific recruitment campaigns and building passive talent pipelines plans for pivotal and critical positions
- Evidence of driving efficiencies through our direct source model, reducing overall MSP spend
- Managing agency suppliers and building effective partnerships (managing supplier performance meetings, quarterly reviews etc)
- Using data to inform and influence strategy decisions
- Deliver resourcing and talent related projects
- Act as a trusted advisor to the force on all aspects of the resourcing and talent for the area you support

The role will be based in Ripley, Derbyshire, however you will be delivering a recruitment service to two police forces - Derbyshire Constabulary and Leicestershire Police. You therefore must be flexible and have the ability to travel regularly within Derbyshire and Leicestershire.
