Finance Director

Butler Rose is pleased to be working in partnership with a dynamic, fast growing manufacturing business in Cornwall to recruit a Finance Director - Designate.
The position has arisen due to business growth and will play a pivotal role in the future growth of the organisation, working closely with the Managing Director.
Key duties will include:
- Responsibility for all financial aspects of the business
- Ownership of budget and monitoring financial targets
- Managing Capex
- Responsibility for annual accounts preparation and point of contact with external audit
- Maintaining and fine tuning the company's financial systems and processes to ensure relevant compliance as well as supporting future growth
- Management of multi-currency bank accounts
- Due diligence on potential company acquisitions as well as post-acquisition integration and development
- Attending board meetings and form part of the Senior Leadership Team
- Working with the Managing Director on company strategy
On offer is a highly competitive remuneration package including lucrative bonus scheme. The plan is for this role to become Finance Director within circa 12 months. This is a superb opportunity to work for one of the fastest growing Cornish businesses whereyou can play a major part in its development and be rewarded for doing so.
