Thepany prides itself on strong client relationships, technical expertise, and amitment to safety and innovation.Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support financial operations and ensure accurate reporting across multiple projects. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with experience in construction or manufacturing and a strong foundation in project accounting. The Senior Accountant will handleplex reconciliations, assist with financial analysis, and collaborate closely with project managers and leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close.Perform job costing and project accounting, ensuring accurate tracking of budgets and expenses.Prepare financial statements, variance analyses, and assist with forecasting.Support internal controls andpliance with regulatory standards.Collaborate with project managers to monitor financial performance and provide insights.Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Managing cash flow and forecasting.Collaborate with the Director of Finance to evaluate overallpany performance and analyze key performance indicators.Must-Have Qualifications3+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in construction or manufacturing environments.Strong knowledge of project accounting and job costing.Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.Excellent analytical, organizational, andmunication skills.Salary & BenefitsSalary Range: CA$75,000 – CA$90,000 annually.Full benefits package including health, dental and vision care.RRSP withpany match.2 weeks vacation.Why Join Us?We are looking for a candidate who wants to grow with us and take on new challenges, with a long-term opportunity to transition into a Controller-level position as you develop and demonstrate your capabilities.Employee Longevity: Thepany is proud of its exceptional employee retention—many team members have been with thepany for years, reflecting a supportive and stable work environment.Be part of a reputable, growing organization with deep roots in the Cornwallmunity.Work on impactful projects in construction and industrial sectors. #1122648 - Stephanie Seruna
