The post holder will provide a full and comprehensive administration service for the Trustwide 24/7 Urgent Care Helpline Team, ensuring a well organised and effective service. To also provide administrative support to the GMMH Strategic lead for Urgent Care and the rest of the GMMH helpline senior leadership team.
The post holder will ensure the team are well organised and are in receipt of all relevant tools required for the effective running of the Urgent Care Helpline. The post holder will also support the preparation of information and documentation for meetings, liaising with other professionals/teams and providing update reports as required.
To meet the needs of the Trust services, you may be required from time to time to work outside of your normal area of work. The Trust reserves the right to change your normal area of work to any other location within the Trust.
The post holder will ensure the team are well organised and are in receipt of all relevant tools required for the effective running of the Helpline including data quality overview. The post holder will also support the preparation of information and documentation for meetings, liaising with other professionals/teams and providing update reports as required.
- The post holder will provide effective administrative support to the Trustwide 24/7 Urgent Care Helpline Team and the Strategic Lead for Urgent Care as required.
- The post holder, in conjunction with the band 3 administrator, will be required to devise, implement, and monitor administration and performance systems to maximise efficiency of time and resources.
- Arranging and organising meetings, issuing agendas and papers, attending meetings, taking, and distributing minutes and follow-up actions.
- Progress and pursue upcoming and overdue actions and work with relevant staff/areas to prepare updates on projects and actions agreed at meetings.
- Administrative support for meetings run by the team and to ensure all administrative functions work correctly and efficiently.
To carry out a range of administrative tasks and be able to provide cover for admin staff within areas of responsibility as and when required
