Incidents and System Support Administrator

**The post holder will need**: To be flexible, have good attention to detail, have good IT skills.
To assist the Incident Management & System Administrator to ensure the data quality checking, approval, monitoring and preparation of documentation surrounding incidents are updated daily.
Communicating with staff across the Trust in order to collate information so reports can be produced and information gathered in line with Trust Incident policies.
Ad-hoc tasks when required to ensure that the incidents systems and procedures are fully operational at all times.
Approving clinical and non-clinical incidents via DATIX Risk Management software system as required.
Maintain discreetness and professionalism in the management of highly sensitive and emotive information relating to serious untoward Incidents effecting staff and service users.
To support the monitoring and maintenance of systems to ensure that all incidents have the relevant investigation documentation i.e. 3 Day Reviews and SI Investigations are produced where applicable within the timeframes outlined in the Incident Policy. Preparing and producing these reports for the Senior Governance Representative to review and ensure that all reports are to the standard required.
