We have an opportunity available in our fabulous People team. The role will be a front facing admin role, providing support to colleagues within the People and Retail teams.
You will be assisting with the recruitment of our Retail vacancies as well as dealing with contracts. No two days are the same at DCK and you will have a chance to speak to people from all across the UK
- Provides efficient and effective administrative support to the People team. This includes preparing all paperwork related to the working lifecycle of all DCK colleagues, arranging meetings and People events, helping coordinate People processes within the department, and researching information as directed by the People Advisors and/or the People Partners.
- Collects, records and monitors People information, including but not limited to, colleague absence, starters and leavers, vacancies, probationary and annual reviews.
- Act as the first point of contact regarding company benefits; ensuring necessary benefit documentation is available to all colleagues.
- Administration of company benefits such as long service awards, health care and travel insurance.

**Skills and qualifications**:

- 1 year experience in a fashion role is essential
- Competent numerical skills for negotiating and trading
- Good working ability with relevant IT systems (Microsoft Office)
- Good understanding of the retail market, fashion trends and brand positioning
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate competently and clearly, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and task management skill
