**An amazing opportunity to join our People & Performance Team as a Recruitment Marketing Coordinator**

We’re going through some really exciting changes at Hallmark Care Homes, and as such, we’re growing our Recruitment Team.

If you are a creative-minded, innovative, and positive individual with a passion for corporate branding or employment advertising, and have experience in social media and digital marketing, then read on, we could have just what you’re looking for.

This role will work with partner agencies to identify the best channels to attract from and develop reporting procedures and review analytics to ensure that we are demonstrating a Return on Investment across all of our digital and online channels.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Ideally a degree in Marketing or at least one year’s experience working in a digital marketing role preferably in a recruitment environment
- Experience with Google Analytics and social media
- Preferable experience working with agency partners to deliver business goals
- Preferable experience in copywriting
- Ability to work at pace.
- Highly creative with exceptionally high attention to detail.
- Highly organised and able to effectively prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, listening, and comprehension.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, solutions-focused, with a desire and ability to innovate.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and reports.
