Location: Safari Childcare Head Office 3 days / work from home 2 days
Hours: Full-time / Permanent

At Safari Childcare, every role plays an important part in helping children Explore | Learn | Grow — and now we're looking for a dedicated and organised Administrative & HR Coordinator to support our busy and growing Safari Pride.
This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting people, and takes pride in getting the details right. You'll be working closely with our leadership and management teams to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes — from payroll to onboarding new team members, funding claims, and family enrolments.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Payroll & Finance Support
- Preparing and processing payroll data accurately and confidentially
- Sending invoices and managing payment queries
- Supporting funding claims and financial reporting as needed
HR & Recruitment Administration
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes in line with Safari operational guidance
- Managing staff records, contracts, and compliance documents
- Assisting with recruitment and arranging meetings or inductions
- Liaising with managers on general HR queries and updates
Family & Enrolment Administration
- Managing new child enrolments and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with funding forms, session bookings, and parent communications
General Administrator
- Coordinating internal meetings and supporting leadership with reports or data
- Ensuring administrative processes are efficient, professional, and brand-aligned
- Contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the business
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Previous experience in an administrative, finance, or HR support role
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Confident with Microsoft Office, HR systems, and nursery software (training provided)
- A positive, proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
