Organized and reliable HR Administrator required to support a rapidly expanding, dynamic multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy based in the Billericay office.

The successful administrator will join a well-established and highly successful consultancy that spans across a wide range of industry sectors, including engineering, architecture, sustainability, surveying and more. **The Role**

**_Responsibilities of the HR Administrator _**
- Support HR manager will general administrative tasks
- Support Learning and Development activities
- Coordinate with payroll administrator to ensure payments are on-time
- Ensure HR system is kept up to date
- Ensure compliance training is up to date company wide and well recorded
- Assist other teams when required
- Desire to follow HR career
- Working towards CIPD
- Strong IT skills, Microsoft outlook, Excel and Word
- Excellent interpersonal skills
