This role is based is currently based in Billericay,but the offices are moving to Laindon in a few months. The role is 4 days in the office, 1 day at home.

Working very closely with the Head of HR, you’ll be a pivotal part of a busy HR team and exposed to many areas of the business. This role is quite admin heavy, however there will be a lot of scope for development and the opportunity to take on more responsibilityas the business grows.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To advise and support Managers on all Employee Relations Issues: Disciplinaries, Absence management, probation reviews, investigations etc
- Implementing new procedures and structures to develop the HR workstreams within the business
- Direct sourcing, screening, and interviewing of new talent for your client group
- Supporting Head of HR with the new HR System Implementation, annual engagement survey, annual salary review and other ad hoc projects
- Updating company policies and ensuring the business keeps up to date on employment law changes
- Responsibility for the full employee lifecycle, creating and issuing new starter paperwork through to diarising and conducting exit interviews
- Preparing and diarising new starter inductions
- Ensuring the org chart stays up to date with employee changes
- Ownership for all coordination and administration of company benefits
- Creating and maintaining a suite of HR letter templates
- MI reporting (Bradford Factor reporting, Headcount and Turnover reports)
