Experienced office assistant / Person Friday for a friendly property landlords office

Ideally have some form of experience witin the property industry sector

Must have at least 5-10 years experience in an office environment be Fully computer literate and have experience in Sage / spread sheets etc

The job role will include PA when required to managing director

initial hours are Monday - Friday 1-5pm

occasional Saturdays poss 1 day a month with day off in week hours 11-3 pm

More hours may be required to cover holidays where applicable

Deal with the existing managing / letting agents we use to run our property portfolio

Deal with maintence issues with the Age ts employed and our preferred contractors where applicable

Be prepared to roll up your sleeves at times

Property inspections when required

Limited number of local Viewings on managed properties when agents are not available

Deal with utility companies when applicable

must have full Uk driving licence

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
