**Salary**: £24,000 per annum
Are you a hands-on Receptionist or Administrator looking to work with a friendly, upbeat and professional business?
This successful engineering business has been going for over 50 years, have multiple sites across the country and are looking for an organised ad personable administrator for their Leeds office.
Based in a modern serviced office with parking on site, you will be hands on, organised, friendly, driven, thorough and willing to go the extra mile for the business to ensure nothing is missed. This is a varied role that can grow and develop for the personas they settle into the business.
**Key responsibilities within your role would be**:
- Meeting and greeting clients to the office
- Ensuring meeting rooms are booked and hospitality provided
- Answering all incoming calls and queries, directing as required
- Keeping the office well stocked with stationery and sundries
- Administration support such as audio and copy typing, preparing and formatting documents, and photocopying
- Processing all incoming and outgoing mail
**Experience and skills required**:
- Previous administration or secretarial experience
- Highly accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident with Microsoft packages including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Able to prioritise and manage own workload
