Senior HR Business Partner

Northwest base with travel

Salary - 55k to 75K

We are delighted to be partnering with this growing services business who are looking to recruit a dynamic and commercially focused Senior Business Partner.

You will work as part of a relatively new HR team reporting into the Regional HR Director (EMEA), working closely with, and supporting them in the development and progress of the People Strategy. Delivering HR initiatives to several key business units, basedin the UK and across Europe. There is a real ambition to continue the growth and development of a truly people focussed HR agenda and make real strategic impact.

Regular international travel is key to the success of this role and will see you work closely with the key stakeholders in each Business Unit. You can expect to travel 6 - 12 times a year.

Centres of Excellence within the business offer support and expertise to deliver the required outcomes from this role, however you will bring experience of operating at a strategic HR Business Partner level, working in at least two mainland European countries.You will have a hands-on approach with excellent communication and collaboration skills along with the ability to challenge and influence at a senior level. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of working with leadership teams to drive strategy,and serve as a trusted advisor, providing sound counsel and guidance.

Ideally you will have been involved in Acquisitions and be able to demonstrate a strong business acumen. A second language would be seen as a distinct advantage.
