The Talent Place are recruiting a HR Business Partner on behalf of our exciting and well-established client within the Travel Sector.

**HR Business Partner**
- £70k + £6k car allowance + 30% Bonus
- West Sussex, Hybrid

Reporting into the Head of HR, as the HRBP you’ll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to build organisation and people capability across department functions. Shaping and implementing effective people strategies within the business, you’ll havean excellent understanding of the organisations, it’s strategy and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for developing and delivering the HR plan, working in collaboration with the business and across the wider team
- Developing plans to grow leaders at all levels, ensuring they’re equipped with technical, behavioural and leadership capability
- Working with leaders to create talent plans, facilitating talent development and succession, whilst identifying and promoting opportunities to grow early talent
- Knowledgeable in key aspects of Organisational Design processes
- Supporting wellbeing, influence practical solutions to improve Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
- Delivering an engagement plan appropriate to department needs, contributing to creative solutions

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience in a HRBP role supporting corporate functions
- Build senior-level relationships quickly and effectively
- Curiosity to understand 'why’ and develop best fit solutions
- Effective and coaching leaders to promote a positive culture
- Analyse and diagnose business issue and translate these into people-based solutions
