Absolute Executive Search are partnered with a well established and highly reputable company who are searching for an HR Business Partner to join their friendly team based in Horsham, Sussex.

Key Responsibilities:
Work in collaboration with the HR Director and other HR Business Partners to support the company across multiple sites.
- Aid in the development and implementation of HR initiatives within the company.
- Develop succession planning and forecast talent needs within the organisation.
- Interpret HR data to provide strategic recommendations.
- Lead on advice on complex employee relations and investigations.
- Mentor, coach and develop the HR Advisors.
- Aid in advice in disciplinary and grievance hearings.
- Ensure employee compliance.
- Participate in exit interviews.
- Collaborate with external contacts in respect of updates on Employment Law and employment matters.
Key Requirements:
CIPD qualified.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Passionate about people and building relationships.
- Able to coach, mentor and develop teams.
- Keep up to date with Employment Law changes.
**Salary**:
£55k to £60k
