Due to our exciting growth plans we are looking for a new Senior HR Business Partner to join the HR team and help us continue to deliver a great service and contribute to the outstanding clinical care we provide our patients.

**What will the role involve?**

Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering, the Senior HR Business Partner will provide business partnering support to a senior stakeholder group within a number of our clinical sites, including Joint Venture Partners within Newmedica services as wellas the Support Office teams.

We are looking for someone who can partner with sites across the Midlands, South and West and that lives within that geographical patch. It is a home-based role and there would be travel to our services from Shropshire and down to Plymouth and everywherein-between so you'll be happy with regular travel and managing your own diary to best support our services.

You will be passionate about supporting the growth and development of the people function and working proactively with all of the people teams to ensure an excellent stakeholder experience. You will also support the ongoing development of a network of localHR Administrators/ Advisors within Newmedica services.

We are looking for an experienced HR practitioner who has worked in an NHS or independent multi-site healthcare setting and is well versed dealing with associated clinical frameworks and regulatory bodies such as CQC. You will also have experience of leadingED&I and well-being programmes to support employees across all levels and roles.

This role will be pivotalto help us scale up our operations and people teams.

**What skills and experience do I need for the role?**

Technical:
The technical competencies the post holder needs to be successful in this position are:

- CIPD qualified
- Demonstrable experience of working at a similar level in an operational HR and/or business partnering type role
- Experience of supporting in a multi-site organisation
- Experience of working in a healthcare business
- Experience and resilience in coaching managers and stakeholders
- Experience of managing an ER caseload, aiming to support managers to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Experience of advising on and developing plans to address performance shortfalls
- Ability to plan and present training effectively to managers
- Ability to review and analyse data, develop key insights and propose options to address critical concerns
- Ability to work effectively and inclusively with a range of people to ensure targets are achieved
- Ability to focus own activity on agreed individual and team priorities and deadlines, getting things done efficiently and effectively; informing others when targets can’t be met
- Experience of providing relevant and timely information to support the delivery and monitoring of project plans and budgets
- Ability to tailor communications to influence, appeal to, include and engage different audiences
- Ability to travel across the UK with flexibility for occasional overnight stay as the business requires
