**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **compassionate, reliable, and proactive female Community Mental Health Support Worker** to support a **young lady living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS)** who lives in the **S35 area of Sheffield.** The successful applicants must have a **UK Driving Licence & Own a Vehicle.**
(This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 - Schedule 9, Part 1. Female applicants only.)

This is a **community-based role** working on a **1:1 basis**, involving **long-day shifts** on a **consistent rota** (including Saturdays and Sundays).

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the client’s **mental wellbeing, independence, and daily living needs, i.e. personal care, mobility, medication administration and cooking.**:

- Engaging in **community activities**, especially sports and social outings
- Assisting with **stoma care** (full training provided)
- **Driving the client** in her own vehicle to attend appointments, activities, or events
- Building **professional and respectful relationships** with the client, her family, and external care professionals

**About You**:

- You are **empathetic, professional, punctual**, and committed to providing high-quality care
- You are able to form strong, professional boundaries while offering emotional and practical support
- You hold a **UK driving licence** and have access to a vehicle for work
- You are interested in developing or enhancing your skills in the **care and mental health sector**:

- You are willing to work weekends and follow a **consistent shift pattern**
