**Production & Packing Operatives**

Ernest Jackson & Co Ltd, based in Crediton, has been making healthcare easier for consumers for over 200 years and working together to create brands people love (Bassetts Vitamins, Potters, MAC, Throaties, Victory V, Proctors).

You will contribute to this by manufacturing or packing products for the customer, focusing on quality, cost, delivery, safety and motivation every day

**You will be**
- Producing, picking or packing products ready for dispatch
- Quality checking finished product
- Following and checking GMP paperwork
- Completing safety checks
- Communicating issues to managers
- Cleaning your work area

**We need from you**
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment is desired (Training will be provided).
- Remain calm under pressure.
- Be literate and numerical to complete a high standard of paperwork.
- Be a great team player.
- Have an eye for detail as these roles require a high level of checking of both equipment and paperwork.
- Be GMP (Good Manufacturing Process) trained or have a clear understanding of what GMP is.
- Be prepared to complete e-learning compliance training on your 1st day of joining.

**We offer you**

£10.25/hr (Fixed Shift) Pay rising to £11ph once training is completed

£12.65/hr (Rotational shift) including shift allowance once fully trained

Shift Allowance for early/late shifts

39hrs/week

EARLY 05:45 - 14:15 (MON-THURS) 05:45 - 13:15 (FRI)

LATES 13:45 - 22:15 (MON-THURS) 12:45 - 20:15 (FRI)

DAYS 08:00 - 16:30 (MON-THURS) 06:00 - 13:30 (FRI)

33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
