Bristow's of Devon has been running since the 1930s and includes strong brands such as Tuckers and Pollards. We make fudge, toffee and traditional bonbons and are the only company in the world to produce a dual-coloured bonbon and the only remaining UK supplier of toffee-centred bonbons. The skill required to make bonbons with two flavours and colours right the way through, producing a solid, consistent bonbon, takes years to perfect. The local community of skilled people was therefore key to the success of Bristow’s.

We are currently recruiting for Packing Operatives to work in our confectionery factory, located in Crediton, Devon. We are looking for individuals who are driven, able to work quickly and efficiently and detail orientated.

As a Packing Operative you will be on the move quite a bit, the job is physically demanding, (lifting heavy weights) and therefore, a good level of fitness is required... are you up for a challenge?

We provide full on the job training but factory experience is desirable.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Good communication & team working skills
- Experience operating within a factory environment desirable but not essential
- Food Hygiene certificate desirable but not essential
