We are currently recruiting for a Packing Operative to work in our confectionery factory, located in Crediton, Devon. We are looking for individuals who are driven, able to work quickly and efficiently and detail orientated.

As a Packing Operative you will be on the move quite a bit, the job is physically demanding, (lifting heavy weights) and therefore, a good level of fitness is required... are you up for a challenge?

We provide full on the job training but factory experience is desirable.

**Duties include**:

- Packing of confectionery products
- Operating equipment/machinery
- Ensure machinery is cleaned to a high standard
- Work at a fast, consistent pace

**Who are we looking for?**
- Good communication & team working skills
- Experience operating within a factory environment desirable but not essential
