Description

Together is everything. It takes a village to build a company.
A company is so much more than the product it sells. To be successful, we need to make sure that we’ve got bright, energetic, and motivated explorers in every position. We want to fill our (remote) hallways with people who come to work every day with a smile on their faces because they feel - and see - that they are part of something that’s bigger than themselves.

Shortly after we started Biller, a whole bunch of capital investors started beating down our door to get in on it. In the end, we partnered with Banking Circle, because they clearly see Biller’s potential to solve a real market challenge. We need talented people with the right skills to turn that potential into reality.

**What you'll be doing**:
Be the voice and front person of Biller. How you engage with our customers is the way they think of us
Have to be creative, understand our business and how it works, and solve complex customer problems within those parameters
Resolve problems quickly and correctly because you know that that's what matters to the person on the other end
**Exceed customer expectations**: Own the customer problem and find the best solution no matter the complexity
Become an expert in the field of our payments solution and the eCommerce industry
Utilizing consistent troubleshooting techniques to quickly and efficiently identify the source of the customer issues and provide a prompt and appropriate solution
Communicating with colleagues regarding ongoing issues and participating in the creation and maintenance of troubleshooting procedures and documentation
Properly documenting and tracking customer issues and resolutions
Communicating with our development teams about product bugs and new features
Developing yourself in the field of eCommerce and other technical skills
**Requirements**:
You are more than the sum of your CV.
More importantly, we want to hire great people. People with personalities and quirks. People who are excited about all the possibilities of starting something new. Team players, explorers, problem-solvers, and fast learners. We’re going to move swiftly, and you’ll need to keep up. But if you can, we promise every day will be interesting, and full of opportunities to show off your skills and work with like-minded people.

Strong communication, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills
You know that it takes empathy, positivity, and enthusiasm to deliver great customer-oriented service and will always go for the extra mile
To enjoy new challenges and work in a fast-paced environment where your actions have consequences
A strong passion for technology
Experience in customer service roles, preferably in software companies
Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on customer service
Proven troubleshooting skills, especially when dealing with new or complex issues
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (written and verbal). Extra asset for a third language

**Benefits**:
The chance to make a real impact and shape our products together
A brand new laptop and other tools required to get the best out of your job
Travel reimbursement
Flexible working hours whether in the office or remotely
Extra paternity & maternity leave of an additional month
Extra grievance/compassionate leave

Did you get enthusiastic about Biller? Do you want to join our team? Then we'd love to hear from you
