A Water Treatment & Environmental Services Company working primarily within the Commercial, Building Services, Swimming Pool, Hotel & Industrial Sectors. A Service based operation providing Chemical Treatments & Water Hygiene works, with an emphasis on goodservices & speedy resolution.
**Job Summary**
As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the Administration Manager & all areas of the office.
**Role**
- We are looking for a new Operations Assistant to join a small team to support and help with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- As part of the role, you will be working closely with our Operations Administrator with the scheduling of the engineers work plan, assisting with sheet making for the engineers on the road and making amendments where required.
- You will be involved in monitoring incoming certificates for any out of spec results which will need to be followed up with a non-conformance report and quotation.
- Working closely with the Accounts Manager and Operations Administrator to schedule the reactive works.
- You will be expected to help with other administrative duties to support the team as the business grows and will be involved in making site specific logbooks, testing schedules and site responsibility charts.
This role requires someone who can work well on their own and as part of a team. It is important to note that this is a new position within a growing company.
**Salary/Package**:
- Permanent Job Type: Full Time
- Location: Head Office Based in Aldermaston
- Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm
- Salary: £18-£25,000 dependent on experience
- Experience: 2 years’ in administrator roll (preferred)
- Education: GCSE or equivalent (required)
- Company pension: 3 months of employment
- Holiday: 20 Days + Statutory
