Key Responsibilities:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join our organisation as an Executive & Governance Support Officer. This is a new role which will support the Company Secretary across the range of corporate governance, risk management, board assurance and other administrative functions within the Senior Leadership team. The role will assist the Company Secretary in maintaining registers of interest, dealing with any conflicts, updating risk registers, maintaining/renewing Insurance policies, monitoring contracts, reviewing policies, and producing relevant reports. This will ensure that D-Hive and its Subsidiaries maintain high standards of governance and that it complies with its statutory responsibilities.

The Role Will Require You To:

- Work within the Corporate Governance team and assist the Company Secretary in ensuring a close relationship with the members of the Board is maintained, whilst always ensuring confidentiality.
- Provide a cohesive secretariat function to support the smooth and efficient operation of all Board, Governance Committees and Executive group meetings.
- Deliver a high quality, responsive and pro-active contact service to all stakeholders, by building and maintaining effective relationships across the Group of Companies.
- Administering and organising meetings required by the Board and Business Leadership Team by preparing agenda’s, formatting reports for Board and Committee meetings, co-ordinating information, preparing reports, action lists and minutes.
- Assist the Company Secretary with project managing the development of Strategic processes and systems for implementation.
- Maintain and assist the Company Secretary in managing Risk registers, Insurance renewals, conflicts of Interest, Contract reviews, policy reviews and preparing any relevant reports where required.
- Co-ordinate and assist Board members where possible in responses for actions arising from meetings to assist in the efficient operation of the Board.
- Be comfortable supporting other duties as may reasonably be required by the Senior Leads
- Good communication skills and capable of interacting with all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to work independently with accuracy and precision in a timely manner.
- Comfortable being in possession of confidential and sensitive data.
- High level of organisational skills, with confidence to take the lead in this respect.
- Comfortable with governance tasks, such as minute taking and calendar organisation.
- High ability to prioritise tasks and actions.

Pay: Range: Up to £32,000 pa depending upon experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
