**CRM Executive**

**£35,000 Base Salary + Discretionary Bonus Scheme + Benefits**

**Burton-On-Trent - Hybrid Working (3 Office Days a Week)**

**Commutable from Derby, Nottingham, Leicester, Loughborough, Stafford, Rugeley and Ashbourne.**

My client is one of the UKs largest operators of loyalty and reward programmes. Trusted by over 60+ Clients with over 2 million passionate customers.

Looking for either a Junior CRM Executive (£25,000) or a Senior CRM Executive (£35,000) to expand the continuously growing team after recent growth and success. Expanding into new sectors has seen a significant growth to the team allowing more CRM professionalsto join the team

**The Role**

Reporting directly to the Head of CRM, the role will be responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of campaigns across the lifecycle model.

Responsibilities will include:
Using relational and reporting data to create segments and personalise campaigns maximise outreach and success

Ensuring all content is aligned with the brand guidelines

**What do you need to have?**

Knowledge of HTML and SQL beneficial but not essential

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience of working in a fast-moving environment with competing deadlines and priorities
