£16.28 per hour plus holiday pay, equipment provided

Do you have advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot table and coding?
We are working with a reputable charity who is looking to recruit into their HR & Reward team on a temporary basis. You will be working alongside the Reward Consultant in the newly created Reward Team, main duties of this role will be:
- Managing stakeholder diaries and teeing up the evaluation panels
- Preparation of documents for evaluation panels, and providing evaluation information to all attendees in advance of the panel
- Managing the quality of job evaluations documentation
- Documentation of panel outcomes
- Accurate and timely data capture of job evaluation outcomes using the appropriate inhouse systems
- Development of a new job database that will provide an accurate and secure repository of all roles in the organisation
- Accurate research and collation of existing job evaluation information and building a database of information
- Building individual job folders for roles and providing hyperlinks from the job database
- Identifying any anomalies with the existing job evaluation information, and ensuring all issues are accurately captured and a process for resolution developed
This role requires a strong communicator and a quick learner who capable of working autonomously and with mínimal supervision.
This is a rare fully remote position and you will be working for a fantastic charitable organisation.
