**Location**:This is a remote role with regular travel across the Southeast for client and internal team meetings.

**About us and the role**
- We’re seeking an HR Services Manager to join a management team and to work closely with our experienced consultants to deliver a high-quality and professional generalist HR service to our clients and to oversee the operational delivery of the team.
- As well as providing expert and complex HR advice and guidance to clients, you will also manage the work of the consultants in the Southeast to ensure the quality of advice and service to our clients remains consistently high.
- This is an ambitious and growing company, and they thrive on partnering with our clients to ensure their strategic and day-to-day HR requirements are exceeded.
- You will have two main areas of focus. Firstly, you will work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to handle the full breadth of HR issues competently and efficiently.
- This will include employee relations, resourcing, organisation development, training, pay and benefits, performance management, people management, and business change.
- The second part of the role is a managerial one, focused on ensuring the team delivers a high-quality service to a broad range of clients.

**About you**
- You will be CIPD qualified to level 7 or working towards it. You will have recent experience operating as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a generalist position with proven experience in advising management on a wide range of complex HR issues.
- You will have the ability to gather and analyse large volumes of data and articulate it accurately and succinctly in reports and outcome letters that will be used for decision-making in complex HR processes and projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to adapt your style to suit a variety of clients
- Ability to influence and manage key stakeholders enabling you to build and develop lasting relationships with our clients.
- You will also have a keen eye for detail and the ability to review work and feedback to your team with a coaching style that enables each individual to develop and grow.
- A full UK driving licence is a must, as is a willingness to travel throughout the South East and occasionally elsewhere in the UK.
