**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing various HR functions, ensuring that our workforce is effectively supported and that our HR processes are streamlined. You will be responsible for fostering positive employee relations and enhancing the overall employee experience within the organisation.

**Duties**
- Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo to streamline hiring processes.
- Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee records.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organisational goals.
- Foster strong relationships with employees through effective communication and support.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Engage in social media management to promote the company’s employer brand.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of human resources practices and employment legislation.
- Proficiency in using ATS software such as Taleo and Salesforce for recruitment purposes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Experience in relationship management to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems for maintaining employee data accurately.
- Ability to manage lead generation activities related to recruitment initiatives.
- Competence in social media management for employer branding efforts.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
