We are searching for a **Recruitment Coordinator **towork within our Amulet division. Managing the recruitment administration for the Operations team including placing job advertisements, arranging interviews and working closely with the screening team.
Do you have previous admin experience? Are you confident in speaking with all levels of stakeholders? Do you have excellent IT skills and use to working in a fast-paced environment?

**As a Recruitment Coordinator, You’ll Be**:
- Managing and organising a busy shared inbox
- Supporting hiring managers on the process and raising vacancies
- Post adverts onto relevant websites
- Managing and maintaining our internal Application Tracking System
- Track and collate data for monthly reports
- Working closely with the Screening Team and checking documentation
- Other admin tasks as required
**As a Recruitment Coordinator, You’ll Have**:
- Previous experience in a fast paced, high volume administration role (within the recruitment industry would be an advantage)
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word capability
- Methodical approach with an ability to work under pressure
- Uses judgement to know when to ask for help and guidance
- Enjoys working as part of a team, but also able to
- Understands and implements processes
- Excellent attention to detail, able to prioritise and be assertive
- Ability to build appropriate professional, friendly and accessible relationships with employees and line managers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
