We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Recruitment Coordinator. This role will be based in the firms’ London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will work alongside the Talent Team to coordinate administration of the Trainee programme, and assist with attorney recruitment. Responsibilities will include:Coordinating communications and meetings and recording trainee development data. Updating and inputting data into the applicant tracking system. Supporting the planning and delivery of events, lunches, training, interviews, and registrations. Maintaining the document filing system and updating entries to daily emails and the local newsletter. Attending internal and external talent meetings.Coordinating the work experience programme. Assisting with the management of candidates through interview scheduling and coordinating logistics. Preparing presentations and documents for the Talent team. Attending recruitment agency meetings.Preparing lateral orientation schedules. Assisting with the Associate evaluation process, including scheduling, document preparation, and maintaining records.The firm are offering a competitive salary & benefits package, and hybrid working arrangements are in place.Suitable candidates will have gained prior experience within Talent/Recruitment or HR , ideally within a law firm, although professional services environments will also be considered. We are seeking applicants with strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated experience with recruiting or HR systems is highly desirable.
