This role will be central to delivering an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring smooth, efficient operations across all executive searches. You’llwork closely with ourHead of Executive Recruitmentand senior business leaders to coordinate global C-level and VP-level hiring, manage complex interviewlogistics, and act as the connective tissue between candidates, recruiters, and stakeholders. Responsibilities Own the candidate experience:Servewith the Recruiterasaprimarypoint of contact for executive candidates throughout the process, ensuring every interaction feels personal,timely,professionaland authentic. Coordinate global executive searches:Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones, aligning candidates, executives, and interview panels with precision and care. Drive operational excellence:Maintaincandidate pipelines, interview trackers, and hiring dashboards to ensure transparency, accuracy, and efficiency. Partner closely with recruiters and leaders:Support the end-to-end executive hiring process, frominitialoutreach and interviews to references, offers, and onboarding.Paying special attention to gathering feedbackin a timely manner. Champion process improvement:Identifyopportunities to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and elevate the overall candidate and stakeholder experience. Protect confidentiality:Handle all sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Support employer brand:Help craft thoughtful, polished candidate communications that reflect Neko’s culture, values, and mission. Collect andanalysecandidate experience and hiring manager feedback.Assistthe Head of Executive Recruitment gather NPS scored on our overall experience Requirements Experience:3+ years inexecutive coordination, ideally within a global or high-growth technology environment. Candidate experience mindset:Youanticipateneeds, communicate clearly, and ensure every candidate feels valued and respected. Organisation& detail orientation:You’remasterful at managing competing priorities and time zones without missing a beat. Professionalism:Comfortable interfacing with senior leaders, executives, and external partners with confidence and tact. Tech-savviness:Experienced with ATS systems, scheduling tools, and productivity platforms (e.g.Google Suite, Slack,Teamer, Zoom,etc.). Adaptability:Thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment and embraces continuous improvement. Integrity:Trusted to manage highly confidential information with absolute discretion.
