Discover a rewarding role as an Office Administrator/Receptionist at our holiday park in Seasalter, Whitstable.
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team on a part-time basis, working three full days a week (Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday). As part of our commitment to exceptional customer service, you will also be required to work on bank holidays. This position offers competitive hourly pay and provides the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our park.
Office Administrator Job Responsibilities:
- Serves visitors and Holiday Home Owners by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Logging and imputing data on our Owner Database, (ParcVu system).
- Filling paperwork accordingly and maintaining the Reception area.
- Answering the Telephone to Customers.
- Cashing up at the end of shift.
- Taking Owner payments in person or over the phone, and recording daily.
- Monitoring Owner Accounts and managing Debt.
- knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Publisher.
- Responsible for Owner Communications. (Posting Information on Facebook Owners Group)
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
