We have an exciting opportunity available for an Internal Recruiter on a part time basis to join our friendly head office team based at our Taff’s Well Offices. This role would suit someone who is driven, passionate and enthusiastic, someone who strives to get results and has excellent customer service skills.

**What you will be doing?**

As our Internal Recruiter, you will be looking after sales enquiries that come into our business and managing those enquiries from start to finish. You will be managing enquiries that come through to us from potential clients who may want to know more about our services in addition to responding to potential franchisees. This is an exciting role where you will need to possess excellent customer service skills and be confident on the telephone.

This is not a cold sales role, much of the clients you speak to will be inbound, however you will need to be able to also help build the client database.

**Key Responsibilities will involve but not limited to**
- Contacting potential clients about our services and what we offer
- Supporting our team with marketing activities such as posting on social media channels, supporting with the management of the company’s social media pages
- Increasing brand awareness through marketing activity
- Supporting the Operations Manager and CEO with various projects

**What we are looking for**:

- Someone with previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good telephone manner
- Good knowledge of social media channels, able to utilise Facebook etc
- Detail orientated

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
