**Job description**

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will take responsibility for the end to end recruitment of a wide range of roles across multiple locations. It is important that you build and maintain strong working relationships with the wider Head Office Team whilst supportingthe HR team with adhoc tasks such as on-boarding, and other project work.

**Job Purpose**

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills both written and verbal as well as an attention to detail, a passion for providing high standards within all aspects of the recruitment cycle.

**Requirements Duties and Key Responsibilities**:

- Create innovative hiring strategies, developing the Domino’s brand
- Building relationships with external stakeholders to provide free recruitment services
- Collate weekly recruitment and retention figures for Senior Management
- Provide best practice recommendations and costs on attraction strategies
- Managing budgets for job board spending in-line with recruitment needs
- Act as point of referral for any escalation of queries
- Continually seek to improve selection methods, processes and tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers, create and advertise all vacancies on the relevant job boards
- Running Recruitment events including open days and Jobs Fairs

**Essential Requirements**:

- Previous recruitment experience within a fast paced multi-site business
- Determined to succeed, high energy and a strong personal drive
- Able to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of own workload
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style with good customer service manner
- Strong organisational, presentation and administration skills
- Possess time management skills and be self-motivated
- Open-minded and open to change and development
- Able to demonstrate commitment to tasks and to the changing priorities of the business
- Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Minimum Requirement 5 GCSES C or above (including Maths and English)
- Driving Licence
