**Description**:
**About this role**

Support the HR and People team with all HR and office administration.

**Outcomes**:
**Day to day operations are efficient and successfully completed.**
- Administer the order process and raise the associated paperwork for all office supplies.
- Coordinate deliveries and liaise with couriers.
- Proactively respond to requests in a timely manner and escalate where necessary to the HR and People team.

**The HR and People Team are supported.**
- Provide recruitment administrative support.
- Support ongoing audits of HR files.
- Research and launch learning and development content on the Learning Management System.
- Assist with the coordination of training programmes.
- Support on ad hoc HR tasks and projects.

**Office locations are a safe and dynamic environment.**
- Organise and manage first aid, fire and mental health and wellbeing support for the team.
- Administer general facilities and Health and Safety issues/concerns.
- Manage the day to day running of the offices from ordering tea bags to dealing with maintenance issues.
- Raise H&S concerns with the relevant parties.
- Liaise with the relevant parties on facilities maintenance.
- Raise any serious issues with the HR and People team.
- Contribute to promoting a positive office culture and experience.

**The onboarding and offboarding processes are fully supported.**
- Create new joiner packs.
- Complete reference requests.
- Book deliveries for all IT equipment.
- Administer office passes for new starters and leavers.
- Arrange parking permits for the Wallingford office.

**All company events and socials are successfully organised and delivered.**
- Help to coordinate twice yearly events and local office events.
- Assist with travel and accommodation coordination.
- Support with bookings and orders.
- Assist with setting up events on the day.

**Person Specification**:
Someone with a confident and professional manner with the ability to communicate at all levels. Good organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to work using own initiative and be able to prioritise.

**Work Experience, Knowledge & Skills**
- Previous office administration experience.
- Experience of dealing with confidential information.
- Desirable - basic Facilities and Health and Safety knowledge.
- Desirable - previous experience of HR platforms.

**Other Information**:

- Permanent role - 25 hours per week between Monday to Friday. 1 day working 7.5 hours, the remaining working hours will be spread across 4 days.
- 1 day every other week will be spent in our London office.
- 3-month probationary period.
