Office Manager £24k - £26k Outskirts of Oxford
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this expanding company based just outside of Oxford. With huge growth plans over the next 5 years there is alot of opportunity for progression for the future. This role will suit an experienced Office Manager or asenior Administrator looking for their next step.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage the office facilities, e.g call plumbers/electricians when needed
- Ordering stationary/consumables
- HR Admin - sending contracts/new starter inductions/preparing letters/liaising with HR Consultants
- Fleet Admin - Arranging motor insurance/Servicing/Liaising with Fleet Management company
- First Aid and Health & Safety - Be the responsible warden, training will be provided
- Training Admin - Ensure all staff are up to date on training/liaise with training provider
This role is office based with no opportunity to hybrid work, there is free parking on site, hours are 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
