Do you enjoy working in a fast-faced and constantly changing environment? Do you have Senior Administration or Office Management experience? An exciting local business is seeking some immediate support on a temporary basis and is looking for a motivatedand proactive individual to join their team.

This role sits within the EA Team where you will be responsible for diary management, organising travel and working alongside the EAs to support with any other administration such as raising POs and reconciling invoices. Additionally, you will support thePeople Team with ad hoc administration relating to recruitment, learning & Development and general HR.

This is a **full-time or part-time** role with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

**Temporary Senior Administrator Responsibilities**
- Meeting and greeting of visitors. Managing visitor passes and parking requirements
- Support with incoming and outgoing office goods, including management of courier accounts
- Management of new starter and leaver access; office equipment and leases; office equipment; meeting resources; staff lockers and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation as required
- Partnering with facilities to ensure the office environment is appropriate for working and follows policies
- Management of multiple inboxes
- Proactive diary management for Senior Members of the team
- Acting as part of a broader administrative team, provide flexible operational support across departments
- Maintaining company administrative process, databases, and filing systems
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support the company

**Temporary Senior Administrator Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative role i.e. EA/PA, team assistant, office manager etc.
- Advantageous if you have HR and/or Training experience
- Experienced in complex diary management, working across multiple calendars and time zones
- Self-motivated, excellent prioritisation and organisational skills with great time management
- Comfortable working at pace with high volumes of work
- Versatile, with the ability to react quickly to changes and to work under pressure
- An experienced and confident problem-solver who takes a proactive approach and knows when to seek advice and ask for help
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the business and create strong working relationships
- Advanced IT skills in Microsoft Office (ideally experienced in using MSFT 365)

**Location**

This role is based in an office in Wallingford (OX10). Free parking is available on site.

The full-time working hours are 37 hours per week Monday to Friday, however part-time hours are available either as 5 shortened days or 4 full days. Hybrid working considered - you will need to attend the office for part of the week.
