As the Temporary Project Administrator, you will provide administrative support across departments and their teams. You will be managing your own time and be relied upon to meet deadlines, so a flexible and efficient approach is essential

The position is **full-time** and begins immediately. Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis.

**Temporary Project Administrator Responsibilities**
- Format and process reports and proposals, ensuring compliance production procedures
- Proofread and quality check completed proposal and reports
- Maintain the project support priorities list and communicate with colleagues around the company to manage delivery expectations
- Format track records, CVs, presentations and other documents as required
- Liaise with technical staff to proactively maintain CVs
- Act as our MS Word and document template expert users; provide advice, support and training for users across the company on our templates
- Ensure project registers are maintained, that reports are stored correctly in project folders and at project closure final reports are archived in the central store
- Print, scan and finish documents using the print room facilities, including binding, trimming, encapsulation, folding
- Design and print specialist labels and signs
- Plot and scan large format drawings, images and posters
- Keep the print room stocked with consumables, e.g. toner, papers, binders, folders
- Keep the company printers stocked with consumables, e.g. toner, paper, staples
