**Senior Finance Administrator**
**Full Time (Hybrid Working)**

Reporting to the Divisional Finance Manager primary responsibilities will be supporting the team responsible for banking, insurance, credit card, payroll and Pensions, HMRC filings and central payments. This role is a blend of working from home and officeworking.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised experienced office administrator to develop experience in the wider finance function, being exposed to a breadth of critical functions, to act as a team lead in supporting the processors, whilst having theopportunity to grow within a fast paced environment.
**Key responsibilities of the Senior Finance Administrator**:
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with the bank and drive the resolution of banking issues for all the business units within the UK
- Monthly cash extraction and relevant reporting
- Processing invoices and payments and obtain relevant approval from the business leads
- Assist with the statutory external audit process for legal entities
- Overseas insurance integration for all new acquisitions
- Liaise with business unit leaders with regards insurance queries and requirements
- Ensure all relevant companies house filings are complete and submitted in a timely manner
- HMRC submissions
- Undertake special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed
**Key requirements for the Senior Finance Administrator**:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of excel of Microsoft Office programs
- Strong organisational skill with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise in a face paced environment
- Confident individual that is able to communicate at all levels
- Experience in software or high-tech industry is an asset
- Strong problem-solving skills
