Job summary
We are looking for a proactive professional who likes wearing multiple hats.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and complete expense reports for General Manager as needed
- Maintain schedules, diaries for General Manager
- Take meeting notes, create conference agendas as needed
- Schedule cost effective travel arrangements which include: airfare/hotel/ground transportation for General Manager
- Assist with internal communications for associates and leadership among multiple platforms, interfaces, and programs
- Manage complex calendars and schedule with diplomacy and discretion
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
- Promote activities that enhance operational procedures
- Manage sites level procurement tasks: place orders, create POs and receive orders
- Coordinate with procurement teams to add new suppliers and vendors
- Act as multisite liaison for the Engagement; distribute materials and goodies
- Partner with General Manager to maintain site policies as necessary
- Partner with Regional Executive Assistant to maintain company policies as necessary

OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

**Work Schedule**: Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday; job duties may often require additional hours and availability outside normal working hours. May require flexibility to adjust work schedule from time to time to work early or later than regular schedule.

**Additional Demands**: Must be able to work in an operations environment. Must be able to travel between sites.
